With this document I wish to apply for the admission of my child named above to Sunrise International Preschool. I understand the conditions of application include a waiting list, and agree to contact the school, should I wish to withdraw my child from the waiting list.

Upon enrollment of my child in the school, I agree to comply with all financial and procedural policy, as well as update the above information for the benefit of my child.

I will pay the 750 kroner processing fee for admissions administration once my child is enrolled.
